I believe strongly in Karma and rebirth. That is why whatever happens now in my present life, i see it as a stage in the cycle of karma and what i can do to remedy anything bad is to complete as many benevolent acts as possible now to make sure my next life is a better one..

I choose to believe this as Buddhism answers the question of why everyone is born differently very very well.

We can experience reincarnation even in this lifetime. Reincarnation means changing our body, now, where is that body that we had when we took birth? It's certainly going, now at older age we have a completely different, bigger and brand new body. We change the cells of our body every seven years. That means that if we are 21 years old, we've reincarnated 3 times already.
"As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change".
Bhagavad-gita As It Is 2.13

I know that I used to be a newt in a former life. Also, when you are reincarnated you can carry talents forward into your new life. This is why I can survive under water for longer than anyone else I know and why I sometimes find newts attractive.

If you mean a regression session, then "yes."

Both my husband and I attend a group regression session. I had vague impressions of an Italian peasant girl in the field, a young Native American child during a rival tribe attack, and a nun. My husband, however, had very vivid detailed impressions, including living in ancient Atlantis and as a mountain lion in a wilderness.
