1 (2 1/2 ounce) package active dry yeast
4 cups sugar
1 (12 ounce) can frozen juice concentrate, without sweeteners
3 1/2 quarts cold water
1. You will also need: 1 gallon glass jug (I guess you can use plastic, but I never did); 1 extra large latex balloon and a sturdy rubber band; 1-2 empty wine bottles or bottles of choice.
2. Combine the yeast, sugar and juice in a gallon jug.
3. Fill the jug the rest of the way with cold water.
4. Rinse out the balloon, and fit it over the opening of the jug.
5. Secure the balloon with a rubber band.
6. Place jug in a cool dark place.
7. Within a day you will notice the balloon starting to expand.
8. As the sugar turns to alcohol, the released gas will fill up the balloon.
9. When the balloon is deflated, the wine is ready to drink.
10. It takes about 6-weeks total.
11. Carefully pour wine into empty bottles without disturbing the sediment.
12. Discard the sediment.
13. Cork and tape the bottles closed.
14. The wine can be drunk now or aged, bottles on their side, for a year if you like.
15. But the younger it is, the yeastier it'll taste.

Potassium Sorbate is often added to juice to extend its shelf life and to prevent fermentation, if the juice is a natural juice then all you need is a yeast, there are several kinds of yeast, some are intended for the making of wine, some are for baking, both will produce wine, the quality will vary.
When yeast is added to the juice, fermentation begins, temp. has a great deal to do with the speed of this fermentation, about 70 F. is a good place to start, you can see this taking place, alcohol is produced when the yeast consumes the natural or added sugar and when the process is complete the level of alcohol in the juice reaches a level that will not let the yeast to continue living and the process stops. during this and the following time the solids begin to settle out.
This complete process should take place being protected from outside air and contaminates, usually a fermentation lock is used to prevent new bugs from entering the mixture.

You can make homemade wines from anything, I have made Potato Wine, Banana Wine and Elderberry Wine, but you have to have the original ingredient.
Anyway, it is easy and usually takes about a month and you have to keep filtering it. Need very little equipment and at the end a large demi-john (which homemade wine is usually made in) will give about 6-8 bottles of wine.

No. Wine is made from grapes fresh from the vine. Everything need to made wine in in/on the grape. There is no yeast or anything else added to the grapes to get them ferment.
