It sounds like your dog is preparing to go into labour. She should have her puppies in a day or so. She might even be having them as I am writing this! Keep an eye on her and if she looks like she is in a lot of distress or struggling to breathe phone the vet. Also make sure you have some towels ready in case she doesnt lick the puppies clean straight away. You will have to break their birth sack and rub them gently with the towel instead. Good luck!!

Sounds like your dog is about ready to deliver, she will not appreciate interference so make sure there are no kids about. Make sure that there are no other dogs about as well. Just keep a eye on her and be prepared for a long night. If you have any concerns contact your vet. Ensure that the room she is in is warm and there is water for your dog. Good Luck

First stage of labour can take up to 24 hours, especially if this is her first litter. Do you know what her normal temperature is? Body temperature drops by approx 1 degree C before whelping. Remember to contact your veterinary practice for advice if you have any concerns.

You should have discussed all of this with a vet a long time ago.
Better yet, she should have been spayed.
Inexperienced breeders....BAAAHHHHHH!!!!
There are far too many animals out there who need homes.
I have respect for breeders who are breeding to maintain and improve their breed of choice. They do this out of love of the breed. They are well educated about their breed, and about the birthing process in that breed. They have a good connection with their vet, who normally will assist in birthing problems 24/7 if the breeder is good and is responsible about breeding.
What are you going to do if something goes wrong, because you know nothing about the canine birthing process. How are you even going to know if there are complications???
Spay you dog.

She is maximum probably searching for a place to offer delivery while the time comes and if she will't locate any, she will stay worrying and finally provide delivery the place she is while the water breaks. in case you assume doggies you will desire to learn it as much as you may and ask the vet for extra records. you will desire to offer a birthing den, someplace quiet, secure, somewhat dark (not in direct image voltaic), cool yet not chilly and sparkling. look it up. additionally, you will desire to take her to the vet asap as they are able to offer extra information and care giving suggestion. even whether it somewhat is an twist of destiny, in case you had taken her to the vet quickly after mating, the vet can see the doggies with ultrasound, see precisely how a tactics alongside she is and how many there are. additionally abortion including spaying is attainable on a similar time and could have been the final difficulty to do extremely than having to locate sturdy homes for extra undesirable doggies. Bitches oftentimes do not require lots help in the process parturition yet ask a vet to enable you recognize in strengthen of what you will desire to do to help her and characteristic a vet you may call to return over on the instant would desire to any severe issues arise. attempt to do the final for her, animals giving delivery require basically as lots scientific information and verify united statesa. human beings, no different. attempt to do the final for her and better of luck!

They can start the digging, nesting ritual hours before the labor starts. Watch her carefully. It won't be long.
