Be patient, that's about all you can do. Maybe the driver is new and got lost. Maybe they got swamped with orders, or maybe you are in Colorado, New Mexico, or the panhandle of Texas where they got a lot of snow. Or maybe they are just a screw-up pizza place, which if that is the case I wouldn't order from them anymore.

however you made a concious decision to leave the cooking to someone else
if you love the pizza from this particular source then chill if it still arives hot and fresh be just as thankfull
