I wouldn't call that person "the one" than...... I would say you are more like brothers.....best friends......side kicks???
Are you both sure there isn't more there, than you are letting on?
If he is "the one" to you, than I am sure you feel more than just friendly love towards him. Does he feel the same? I hope that you are not a homophobic person..........because maybe the 2 of you are meant to be together....and that is not a bad thing. It is soo hard to find true love in this world.... I don't think it matters if you are black & white, Chinese and African, girl and girl or boy and boy........ ..... if you to are so in tuned w/ each other and love each other than please embrace it. Life is to short not to be happy for even one day!

Got a problem there, man. Double negation equates affirmation to my recollection.
Does "neither of you are not gay" mean like that "both of you are gay", by any chance?
that would clear up the matter for starters.
Happy New Year all the same

I think that it is natural for us to love other people and feel like they are the one. I think we tend to fall in love with people all the time--same sex or not. It is just natural because we connect with each other. If you feel secure, you should talk to this person about how you feel. But if you feel it would ruin your friendship then stay friends with the person, but maybe spend a little less time. I know that sounds extremely difficult if you have such a profound connection with them. It may be good to talk to someone to get some support because I bet you may feel a lot of conflict right now.

Okay, let me clarify. You found the one, you are the same sex, and neither of you are not gay.

Hmmm.

WTF?

Well, if neither of you are not gay, then you have a double negative, which means you just said you are indeed gay. Maybe if both of you think the other is "the one", you should re-evaluate your sexuality.

If the ONE for you is the same sex as you, you are gay.

Assuming you mean to say that neither of you are gay, I would reconsider the belief that at least you are not gay.

Sorry to break it to you, but if you found "THE ONE" and they are the same sex as you, that means you are gay, buddy.
