Yes it is okay. So many people are depressed and don't know why. It could be passed down through the family or you could be going through a hard time in life. Sometimes I get depressed and I have a reason or I don't. We are people we leak emotions it is just what we do. How do you get rid of this feeling? put on a happy face and venture out into the world? no. ... Go out into the world at your own pace. I wish I could say you can feel better easily but I can't. Nobody can say that. Only you can change that. So my advice to you is find an outlet to let out this distress and all these feelings. Perhaps start a journal it helps you channel and focus your thoughts to solve yor problems and maybe figure out where all this negative energy is coming from. You are truley the maker of your own destiny. If you are having bad harmful thoughts seek help from a family member or a doctor. Medications can help as well. Just remember these two things.
" Everyday is a new life to a wiseman" tomorrow you can change and start over. Try to look things with more of a optimist view. Nobody is telling you to be sad. You could try to believe yoru happy and maybe you will convince yourself. Everyday is a new day that you can change and take a step towards happiness. Accomplish something, figure yourself out. You have today. You have tomorrow. But just because you feel like youa re stuck where you are right now doesn't mean that you will be stuck there forever you can get out. Today is a new day.
" This day will never dawn again, life is slipping away with incredibly speed. We are racing through space at the rate of neneteen miles every second. Today is our most precious possion. It is our only sure possession."

It sounds very familiar. You are depressed. I suggest seeing a mental health pro now for psychotherapy. I would wait to try medications for a few months.
Depression sucks, but I find it easier to deal with when I know what I am fighting. Sometimes changes in the way we deal with everyday events solves the problem. Others, like me, also need meds to help us get to the point where we can make changes. The longer you wait to get help, the worse it will get. Good luck.

Happens to many people. Could be a feeling of insecurity or a past event locked in the mind. If it is serious consider counselling. Could be a mild depression. St. John's Wort helps. In North America it is available over the counter. In Europe, I think you need a prescription.

I know somebody like this. Once he started taking an antidepressant and an anti-anxiety med, he was ok.
Talk to a doctor or psychiatrist and see if there is something you can do. Talking itself may help or perhaps medication can help you.
The point is not whether it is ok or not. Sure, you could probably deal with it. But why should you?

Pray to God continually on an identical time as attempting, as God helps people who help themselves quite than people who're lazy. Lord Krisna stated in Bhagavad Gita, we would desire to continually carry out our works and resign the fruit of our action. So we would desire to maintain attempting and locate exhilaration in doing our artwork, no count if or no longer we get the needed consequence. we would desire to continually no longer lose desire. Do your perfect and bypass away something to God,it is going to all come suitable some day or night.

Kid, its not complicated.
You're depressed.
Folk say get some meds... I say make a list of all the things you have to be thankful for.
Try this for free: do something nice for someone else everyday.
It'll give you wings I promise!
