Any over the counter product with salicylic acid. Glycolic acid is great too, but you'll need to purchase it over the counter from a dermatologist's office.

As an esthetician I can tell you from experience that break outs are caused from reaction to something. It's not always helpful to use a harsh product with acid especially if the breakouts are due to sensitivity. Use something healing, hydrating, and calming. So, use a gentle scrub that has jojoba granules-won't cause minuscule abrasions that could become infected. This will eliminate dead skin cells that could clog pores. Pevonia, Murad, DDF, and Aveda have good scrubs. Then use a cream for sensitive skin. The same brands can help you with that as well. Look for them at places like spas and Sephora

Skin care products are like tooth-paste, which one is the best for me?
Cleopatra used to take baths in goat's milk, other woman have used mayonnaise and olive oil to rinse their long hair in(don't
know if that procedure actually works, never tried it)
Other female celebrities have tried to alternate mayo/OO with
a commercial brand of shampoo, Redken, Cover Girl, Prell,
Clairol products, Herbal Essences(what I use) body wash and
shampoo with its own conditioners.
Neutragina, is another great product I use, to help cleanse and heal dry hands (great lubricating properties) or use it facially as well, to help control zits or blemishes.
Of course there are designer skin care products on the market,
Tova Borgnine has a complete line, so does Susan Lucci, Adrian
Arpel,
Suzanne Somers has a skin care line, Jennifer Lopez has
a line, even Paris Hilton has got into the skin care game, with a line of her own, there are many others (great market to explore)
Lauren Hutton has another skin care line.
Now, if you are truly serious about good skin care, you should
consult the services of a chemistry lab, have them do a biopsy on your skin, and their technicians will tell you exactly what kind of
skin care products to use, its tailor made to suit only you.
This method does cost money, so be advised.
Another product on the market is Stridex, chemically treated
pads to apply directly to your skin irregularities, although you
may not experience total satisfaction, best to follow the
manufacturer's directions for use, appearing on the product label
I hope these suggestions help, treating human skin conditions
can be confusing and misleading, you have to follow what's best
for you, one more thing, it woudn't hurt to consult .the services
of a certified dermatologist (skin M.D.) and let her/him advise you on how to proceed with further treatment for pimples.
Thats my message. Good luck

I use Dove exfoliating face wash and after that for a moisturizer, I use Anew by Avon. They are both very inexpensive and I think they work.
