Using magnets is a real source of energy, I've seen it with my own two eyes. As for gravity energy I saw a documentry on it once and it was about ten years ago. After that nothing more did I find.

Gravitational force is potential energy, yes. The word potential is used in its scientific meaning, it doesnt mean that we can use that energy.
we cannt place the earth closer to the sun, or reduce its speed, etc. so, we cann t use that energy for our own benefit, at least, we don t know how and no known research
but we use it daily in hidraulic plants, for example

electromagnetic force can produce energy as well, yes, it is a force as any other

They are not sources of energy because they themselves do not give you any energy. They just create forces. Energy is something that comes out and gives us work. For example coal gives us energy because when it burns we get heat that can be transferred into energy.

Of course they are. Generators and dynamos work by magnetism, and hydroelectric turbines are powered by gravity.
