are you sure it is epilepsy? Has the vet diagnosed this? If so, it should be on med's. Failing that.
If it is an african grey, they are prone to hypocalaemia which causes fitting. If they are fed on pet shop seedmix containing high sunflower seeds, these depltete the calcium levels even further by preventing the absorption of calcium. Change to a low sunflower mix, and give only a small proportion of it. Increase the amount of vegetables to feed daily and include calcium rich stuff like spinach, brocolli, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, aswell as sprouted sunflower seeds (they change to healthy complex carbohydrates) sprouted wheat, cooked pulses and pasta and cooked sweet potato. Also corn on the cob, carrots and frozen peas and sweetcorn which has been defrosted also are good.
Personally I would have the bird to a proper avian vet to have a full blood work test done. If you want to email me and tell me where in the UK you are, I can tell you where your nearest avian vet is.

If you have been to the Vet your parrot will have been given medication, but a change of diet may help as well .Check the above site but you may be able to purchase locally.

Parrots are very intelligent and can get bored easily.
Try different toys, leave the radio on etc.

i presume you have been to vets as you say "it has got epilepsy".
he should have given you some medicine, and told you not to expose it to flickering/strobe effects, like televisions, video games, etc. if you havent been i suggest you do so ,soon as possible!!.
