Alpha hydroxy peels will work, but will make your skin very sensitive and in need of moisturizing. It will reduce them some. I know 'cause I have them. Nothing available over the counter will completely remove them. For that you need lasering by a licensed and competent dermatologist.

How serious are your scars? For deep pitted scars you have to go to a dermatologist. They will recommend you face peels or laser treatments. For slight cases and glowing skin I reccomend Loreal home demarbrasion kit. It works great!
