You can download it from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
If you cannot download from there then ask your friends to download it and get it on CD.

Why can't you download Java? If you can download from Limewire, you can download Java, and you do not need Java to open Limewire. I have used Limewire for several years and download music often without viruses or bugs. I use the free Limewire and pay no attention to their reminders to buy their pro version. Just in case you need it, here's a java site to get the Runtime needed for games and movies.

First off, if you do not know how to download Java, you have no reason even getting near a P2P program as virus filled and buggy as Limewire is.
Its probbly in your IE settings.
