U can do either. Wash them or peel them, i would peel them then cook like carrots with a touch of salt. When done they will taste great with a small amount of butter & let it melt over them. Enjoy!

No, just wash. They make great chips, fantastic roasted, a wonderful mash with loads of butter and pepper when peeled...if you do peel them, deep fry the peel 'til they turn crispy, drain on paper and sprinkle with salt - they're like sweetish crisps!

I'd always peel them but they do not need blanching/pre-cooking.
In the baking tray with an inch of olive oil, crushed garlic. Yum.

still peel them, put them in a raosting tray and brush them with oil.i sprinkle brown sugar on mine rather than honey.
