Im not very sure about the closest museum to you, but the Plymouth Historical Museum (in Plymouth, Ohio) has a wonderful collection of newspapers on microfish film from plymouth dating all the way back to the days of the titanic..you can try a museum near where the person was born, try the library, or even the internet

Check with all the newspapers from that town. By now, they should all have websites established. Then look into the archival records of those papers.

If you can't find it online, check with the local library of that town.

Try checking in your local library. They always keep those old papers.
