Your body is made of about 70% water. All the organs in your body require water. Your lungs, stomach, liver, kidneys, heart... Your blood contains water. Water is also required for digestion and cleaning out your body, like through urination. Water also keeps you insulated. Your skin needs water too. So water is definitely important.

Not all water is, I recommend:
1. Dasani
2. Ice Mountain
3. Aquafina
In that order! Nothing from the tap. And absolutely never drink directly from the holy water bowl in a Catholic church, unless you place 2 drops of chlorine per quart in it first.
