Cause serious medical problems when taken with alcohol or other illegal substances.
I hope you are not asking to actually do it to yourself. Alcohol with any medication is dangerous. Alcohol can cause sleepyness and later you wake up. Initially, drinking alcohol may cause sleepiness. Many people drink alcohol to help them go to sleep. However, when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to awaken later in the night. This actually may cause more sleep problems. In the morning, you may not feel rested.
Sleeping pills, prescription or nonprescription, change the way your body goes to sleep. Most sleeping pills are effective only for a few weeks or months. Once your body has learned to rely on pills for sleep, taking them away may increase your insomnia. In fact, your insomnia actually may be worse after taking sleeping pills for several weeks (rebound insomnia). Many people continue to take sleeping pills after they are no longer effective to avoid rebound insomnia.
Even occasional use of sleeping pills can cause daytime confusion, memory loss, and dizziness. Besides these problems, there are several other good reasons not to use sleeping pills, prescription or nonprescription, night after night. Sleeping pill use can:
Become habit-forming.
Increase sleeping problems when the pills are stopped (rebound insomnia).
Hide the real reason for poor sleep, such as a medical or mental health problem.
Affect your alertness the next day.
Cause other health problems (side effects), such as anxiety or depression, blurred vision, loss of appetite, nausea, or dependence on the medication.
Cause interactions with other medications.
Cause serious medical problems when taken with alcohol or other illegal substances. Never mix any alcohol with medications. It may have an effect you didn't expect or want. It may kill you or make you something else. Don't experiment. If you are having problems or thinking of trying to kill yourself, please seek help. YOU are loved by many that you are not realiziing. God loves you too. We care.

This is your second question about suicide today. Are you actually thinking of this? Call someone. Talk to your parents, friends, siblings, whoever. If you really feel you can't talk to anyone call 911 and get an ambulance to where you are. They will talk you to the hospital to get help.
