The 27th was my one year anniversary w/my boyfriend. It was kind've disappointing though because we didnt get to see eachother, which I do not blame him for. But, for the past few days, he has been acting really weird. He rarely answers his phone, and when he does it's like, 'Hey..Hi..Whatcha doin?..Nothing..Oh okay..Yeah..Well, I'm gonna go.' .. I have no idea what's wrong with him, and every time I ask he just says nothing and gets all mad. It happened last night, and again this morning. It's getting really annoying..and I dont know what to do. He is supposed to come to my house tomorrow for New Years, and I think I might confront him about it while he's here.. What do you think?

to jen .. yeah, i thought it might be something like that.. like that he would be busy for New Years, but he said he would most likely be able to come over. It's just so flippin frustrating. He's never been like this before..It couldn't be that he's just overwhelmed with finally reaching this anniversary thing ..?

Guys are wierd like that. The only thing I could suggest like the other answers, is ask. Just keep in mind, that when you want to talk to most guys about an issue involving them it will put most men in a defensive position. So don't try to ask as if you were accusing him of something, make it as if you're trying to help him work out whatever is bothering him. Stay clam and what ever you do don't assume or change you tone. Other than that it's kinda hard to know what wrong cause we don't know the whole story. Everyone is unique.

Could it be he is depressed? Try talking calmy/nicely with him about it and try to get to the root of the problem.

Or could it be that he has a guilty conscience over something and doesn't want to tell you about it and thinks that if he avoids you then he doesn't have to break any bad news to you, thus avoiding any arguement or worse between the two of you

Good luck with talking to him about it!

The only way to know for sure is to ask. If you are this put off by his recent actions, it's definitely a good idea to say something.

I think he's found someone else who he is more interested in. This is a classic example of how those who are cheating act. Wake up, sweets, you are being played the fool....

He might have not gotten enough sleep and feels grumpy.People need enough sleep to be happy and answering questions. If they don 't,they might just need more sleep and goes grumpy for some reason.
