Keep in mind I didnt have anything to eat or drink between those periods of time. I would think this is biologically impossible.

Yea, weighing first thing in the morning WILL hurt your feelings lol.

Give it at least an hour.

If you're like me, you may swell up at night. You're not peeing as much during that time to get the waste out of your body.

I've actually gotten up to 3lbs difference if I weigh first thing in the morning and then later on.

The scale is a different temperature than it was the night before. It can lead to 2 or even three pounds of difference in a regular house. These aren't NAsa callibrated.

Now don't think it's urine or other wastes, and start being weird about evacuating everything before you weigh yourself at home. Those things are produced by things already in your body when you went to bed; and in any case, don't weigh even a whole pound. Feces is weighed by the ounce.

If anything, through persperation, you've lost weight at night. It's just the scale. That's all.

Ur body produced urine and waste from the intake throughout the day. Go to the bathroom and you'll weigh less! Ta DA! Problem solved.

your body works in different ways if you weigh yourself after you eat (even within two hours) you will weigh less because your body hasnt digested it yet.
