If it's a smokers line ON the lip, botox is not the right choice, Restylane is. Average 300-500 per treatment, results last 3-5 months. Same concept as botox, but it is an actual filler, not a paralysis (like botox). Botox would be better if it is above your upper lip, and is a little cheaper- around 300 per treatment lasting for about 3 months. Both work wonderfully if injected by someone well trained, like a dermatologist. Also, most derms have free cosmetic consults for these types of decisions if you think your situation is unique, just call around for one!
