Yes! a girl that weigh 83 lbs. can get pregnant. It doesn't matter about the size. But if it is something wrong with her as far as health go I don't know. It could be dangerous

It's hard to answer that question without knowing more information, when body fat drops below a certain percentage (different for each person) a woman will stop menstruating, and at that point, pregnancy is very unlikely. So if this girl is not having her period due to her low body weight, then she is not likely to be able to get pregnant.
However, a better question is why is this girl 83 pounds to begin with? Unless she is very short, this is likely substantially underweight and unhealthy. I can't say more without knowing more information, but it sounds like she should see her doctor and make sure that it's a healthy weight for her.

she might be able to..but it's a slim chance...especially if that is underweight for that girl...by that time her periods just may have stopped all together..but it is possible..if someone like that were to get pregnant and the baby live to full term the baby would be severly malnourished...most babies with underweight moms are even premature or the premature size..they also are more likely to have developmental problems..

Possibly. That depends on whether her body is heallthy enough for her to still ovulate. That depends on her height, age body type and general health.

It's not her weight, it's her body fat percentage. If she had less than 10%-12% body fat, then chances are her periods would have stopped, but that would probably be the least of her problems..............
