I mean without using makeup. Maybe face cream/lotion, home remedy, etc, etc? I REALLY want to have rosy cheeks & I want to add a rosy glow to my complexion! Any suggestions?

Here's the problem:

Anyone can look like that, it just takes the right health regiment. As a personal trainer I can tell you, unfortunately, the diet that will lead to a natural glow and rosy glow on most people will add more natural chubbyness to them than modern fasion will permit. THink about it. Most of the people you know with that look are over weight or wearing make up.

Women's bodies are ment to be heavier than fasion allows, so healthyness and a healthy glow requires a heavier build than what is deemed currently ideal.

If your thinking about studies that show differently, think about how many variables they were testing in the study. Usually one - optimal heart function. The thing is the heart functions optimally when stressed. For all other systems in a womans body - reproductive, endocrine, illimination, immune - all the ones you need for a visibally healthy countenace, your going to have to eat more calories, bring up the bmi, and get at least 6 to 8 hours sleep.

I get women working out with me all the time who will start to look in the body how they want, and their face start to look wane and unatural. This is what I tell them.

Good luck.

I like to do this naturally... In fact, if u don't use the suitable kind of facial products, the skin will may become even more oily / dry!
I believe in the basic:
1. Sufficient sleep (cells regenerate from abt 11pm onwards, so sleep early too)
2. Drink more water
3. Eat more veg (detox helps) and those fruits (e.g. tomatoes etc those that contains vit A & E) is good for skin
4. Exercise - blood circulation helps! (but remember to clean your face thorougly)
Besides normal cleansing and moisturers, use a deep cleanser too!

Mash strawberries in a bowl & apply as a mask. The berry will naturally draw blood to the surface of your skin making it rosey.;

Take care of your skin and drink lots of water. Eat healthy. Your skin tells of your good and bad habits.

I would suggest using facewash that could give you a nice glow. Also blush is really good for that!
