I'm 5"0 125 pounds. I am a year-round softball catcher so a lot of it is muscle in the thighs, calves and stomach.

Heres a website that you can put in your height and weight to find out your BMI. Body Mass Index and it gives you a score that lets you know if you are at an healthy weight.
The Bmi calculator is at the botton of the page.

You need to ask yourself what is making you think you need to lose weight. Do you feel physically in great shape but are slightly over the "norm" weight society tells us we should have for your height? If you have a very muscular body type using the normal weight standards would be inaccurate. I have a scale that does weight and body fat and BMI. Then you can look up your body fat and see if you are in a normal range in that aspect. But, in the end, if you are happy and only feel outside pressure to lose weight- Dont! If it is for your health and wellbeing- Do it!@

Go by your body-fat...never your total weight to height ratio. Get a trained professional to test your body by calipers. Not the stand on body-fat scale, the hand held scale or the BMI method. This way you can gage your muscle to fat ratio. You have more muscle than fat...I can promise you that without seeing you.

My wife is 4'11" and she has taught aerobics for 15 years and she has very muscular thigh's.

no way, it sounds like you're exercising a lot and muscle weighs quite a bit more than fat. As long as you're active and healthy you don't need to change your body. Just love yourself!!
