Kinda depends on if its Level Flight or Dive. Falcons,Eagles and some Water Foul are fast in a dive.Some birds are faster on a level flight than others, the Falcon is one of those, yet a Finch is pretty zippy. The Ostrich is the fastes bird onland. I think. Many factors in that.

Harpy Eagles are pretty damn fast, the males moreso than the females. Females can even rip a 30lb sloth in half.
