Yeah I ummm got a hickey last night and need to get rid of it asap today before I am seen. If you catch my drift. So what's the easiest and fastest method. And real meaning you know it's worked for you or someone you know. lol

Wow, do people still give hickeys? You're dating me here. Last I heard about this stuff was 30 years ago in high school.
I think they have to just fade on their own. Possible options include cover makeup, which you can get at any drugstore makeup counter (you could even ask for help--don't be embarrassed), and wearing turtleneck sweaters until it fades.

soak the hicky in toothpaste, when it dries whip it off, and the put hot water on it, and then take a fine tooth comb and dip that it water... and it comes right out.. the hot water helps the blood circulation and its gone!!

Put makeup on it. I know that sounds weird for a boy but it would probaly work.But what do i know I've neer got one?!

first off you shouln't of done what you done so own up to it and keep it real. they say toothpaste. but the only real way is going back in time and we know that can't happen. good luck you are a good example why some men are alone
