Your done. He is not thinking of your feelings at all and probably will never change. But as long as your a girl, you will think that there is a way to change him and your just the girl to do it.

Sorry but there is no place on any map called fantasy land, unless you're at the Magic Kingdom, which is run by a rat and a dog called Goofy.

Well, if he is talking about her to much it's definitely a bad sign. Why? Because he probably isn't over her. He is probably on the "rebound", which will ultimately leave you in the cold. I think you should break it off with him. Tell him~ it sounds like you are not over her and you need time. Let him down easy.

It depends, he could just be sharing with you. He has had a life before you walked in. But if he talks about her like he is still interested or his regrets that he is not with her anymore that may be a sign that he is not over her. But it is alright to talk about your Ex it is apart of life and you should realize that and maybe not be so sensitive. I had the same problem because my x-boyfriend use to cheat on me so much and was usually his x's. But he didnt talk about them. I became defensive with new boyfriends when they mentioned x's

When he talks to her, does he sound a little sad? Or dazed? Does he compare you to her, and is it mostly bad things? Do they see each other often in front of you? Well, if this is true, he probaly just misses her, so don't jump to conclusions...just wait a while; if things seem worse then thats when you start worrying! Unless he says bad things about her, ask him who dumped who. It's kind of a pro-con thing. In the end, it's all up to you.

I think its a good thing to discuss and maybe get these curious things out of the way, my girlfrind and I have had many discussions on this topic, and i think it has helped me understand where she is coming from alot better.

I believe it's a good sign. To me it means he is opening himself up to you and allowing you into his life. It isn't easy to talk to your boyfriend/girlfriend about your ex. Give him a little slack and let him talk. It's when he's constantly talking about her that you have to worry. Good luck!

It depends on what he is telling you. But seriously, it would make me uncomfortable
The entire time I dated and was married to my husband, he never spoke of past girlfriends or his ex wife, unless I asked....and even then, he spoke briefly. I always respected that.
God bless his soul♥

i would find it odd if he didnt,,you already know he has an ex so wouldnt it be a bit un-nerving him pretending she didnt exist? i talk about mine if the conversation goes in that direction,,things like,,'oh,,me and .... went there,,it was so nice",,,,,and thats it,,i dont go on about it because it isnt relevant,it is commenting on something that has happened in life and there is no need to hide anything. there is mentioning them and there is going on about them all the time, that is for you to gage.

Eventually that's telling me he hasn't move on. If he is trying to compare between his ex and you I will be upset and let him know to stop talking about his exgirlfriend, or otherwise you will leave him.
