what is the best and most effective hair moisturizer for men?

after shampooing and drying my hair. i noticed a lot of white stuff coming out that kind of discolors my naturally black hair making it a little bit grayish..the white stuff comes out and enters my eyes.THis is very annoying esppecially when i'm in a hurry to go out..(NOt Conditioners or relaxers or any thing that involves applying and rinsing) what are the best hair grease/moisturizers in the market?

I'm guessing that "white stuff" is dandruff. Try using a dandruff shampoo, like Selsun Blue or others. That might solve your problem.
