Part one
I have a crush on this guy at work. he's six years younger than me. Weird things would happened at work, like we would bump into each other and just stare for about a few seconds and than walk away. We don't really talk, But when we do he smiles and stares into my eyes the conversation doesn't really last that long, I would ask him a question and he would answer with a smile. when he says good morning or good night he always say my name. But still I'm confused it's been three months now and he hasn't made a move. What should I do?
Part two
Ok, He talks and plays around with everyone at work but me. He looks up when I pass by his desk. He looks down when we pass in the hall. When he says good night he says my name twice and hoed his stare. When I try to talk to him he runs. I don't know if he likes or hate me.
Part three
One of my co-worker last week without me knowing ask him if like's me. She said he acted really surprise and had a glow on his face. She also surprise me by telling me that. I told her I have to first find out his real age. When she found out that he was younger than I she told him it wouldn't work. So now I don't get the good mornings and good byes not even a hello. I try to talk to him but it seems he's avoiding me. I really like him a lot. But it seems he has lost his feelings for me. I don't know what to do?
Present
have liked this guy for some time and for x-mas I give him a x-mas card I kinda flirted with in the card. The next day he didn’t say anything to me but good night. The next day we talked a little. But now it’s complete soundless . We don’t say a word to each other. It seem’s he’s mad at me for what I don’t know. I E-mailed him asking if he wanted to hang. He has been on line but hasn’t read my message. I know he is shy, very shy.
It’s also very hard for me to talk to him in person. I can talk to everyone around him, but I just can’t open my mouth when it comes to him. So I write to him instead.
What to do?

How old are you? This question makes you sound quite young but if you're six years older than somebody, you can't be that young.
He likes you. That's very clearly obvious. You should just tell him how you feel. Tell him in a note if you must.
Six years is NOTHING. People get married/have relationships with much wider gaps than that all the time. My best friend is with a guy that's SIXTEEN years older than her. I know countless married couples who married people nine or more years younger than them. Even Ashton Kutcher, lol
Stop being so shy, it sounds like your co-worker scared him off and he might think that YOU think the age is a big deal. You have to find a way to let him know that that's not the case.
Good Luck

talk to him and make sure that you get the straight honest truth. tell him you like him and that you would like to hang out with him some time and ask him if it would be ok with him. then it wont be as hard to talk to him and if it still is ask him on a few more "DATES" until you guys are comfertable talking to each other and then voila! a relationship may have just started between the 2 of you! oh and age doesn't matter my parents are 14 years apart and they are married

awwww shy guys are the hardest to work with.
this guys sounds like a sweetie.
um i just think that he does like you but that he is very nervous/shy and doesnt know what to say or what to do.
i think personally that the best thing to do, is....see if he goes to you because it seems like your doing all the work in talking to him and looking at him, let him talk to you and go to you, like how about you act like hes not there and see if he comes to you.
and if he does than like i said it means that he is confused nervous and shy.
and
i wouldnt allow one of yur co-workers to be nosy about your relationship with him, because from my experience
other people getting involved who are not you
tend to make things worse and you never really know what
they said or did or what happened. so if i were you i would keep yur co-worker out of it.
about the email thing i dont know.....you'd think he would reply right away if he liked you
maybe he didnt know what to say
but i think you should take my edvice and see if HE goes to you
and then take it all from there
goodluck and dont give up!!

I read your whole story and the only way how i can react is by saying that,'' He's just not that into you''.You are indeed wasting your time, energy and emotions on this guy.Sticking onto his thoughts may also cost your job.
Do yourself a favour and move on.You deserve someone better who can give you all that love and care you desire.
Find someone off the workplace.Good Luck!

well let me tell you something if this co-worker of yours is a girl that means she has her eye on him.....
anyways why are you waiting for him.....you go and break the ice....
how about you start telling him good mornings and good nights....and say his name with it......start by this and if he like react you know he likes you....
you can move to the second step......
and stop emailing.......person...try it...it'll work
you know in the beginning you can go to him while he is sitting with another person....and you go to the other person and tell him look we are hanging out do you want to come...then you move to him and ask him how about you.?
see think fast
first you go by group ( couple of co-workers)
then hopefully alone.

First of all, stop listening to the office gossip, okay? If you want to get to the bottom of this then you have to confront him. If you really can't appraoch him, then you'll spend the rest of your life wondering. So. Talk to him about it or get over it and move on.

Workplace relationships are not recommended. For example if you brake-up, you still have to face that person every day. That could be quite awkward.

Sorry, sounds like he's avoiding you...maybe he's involved outside of work and can't confront you about this crush because it would be kinda mean to you so he's afraid.
