well, this should help :)
Get a new look. Don't change who you are, just try something different. Try a new hairstyle, new clothes, etc.
Be yourself. Everyone probably says this, but it's true! No guy wants a girl to pretend she is something she's not.
Don't cuss. It turns guys off most of the time.
Smile. Whether closed-mouth or open-mouth, do it. It'll say to everyone, "Wow, she's a nice person!"
Flirt a little - not like crazy, but a little bit here and there.
Try to be around him often, such as sitting near him.
Show off a little when you're around your friends, but not a lot because then he might think you're just silly.
Try to make lots of eye contact - and when you do, smile! (Guys often don't look at girls in the eyes, so looking into theirs when they're talking shows them that you are interested in them).
Go up to him and talk to him. Try to get to know him a little by discussing things you have in common. You could even compliment him. Even if you just say he has a nice shirt or a cool watch; it shows him that you're into him.
Tell him how you really feel about him once you get comfortable talking together.
Be a brave person and stand up for who you are, and what you believe in. This will catch his attention, and his respect.

Start off with your attitude. Then be spontaneous like change of style or hair. But make it noticeable. I usually never know a chick digs me unless she puts it out there. A letter always helps too. I find it attractive for a women to be direct with me. You can't be awkward though. That weird feeling alway spoils your perception of someone. Good luck.

I don't know about others, but I'm very attracted when a girl look me in the eyes with a smile, then look all over my body as she is seing something interesting before turning her head like she is making a scene in her mind, do that a few times and u'll conquer me if I'm free

the running about in thongs is a good idea to test his attentiveveness, only that he may think you're havin loose strings. Try bumping into him as if accidental and if he turns, a sly wink. The wink works wonders. It got me the most stubborn of human species.

Take a deep breath and smile. Be yourself and be confident about who you are. Talk to him about his interests - men love to talk about themselves. Listen to what he has to say, but don't try and pretend to be interested in the same things if you aren't, even say "ah, see that's where I think this is better..." or something like that, it shows you've got your own mind! It's that easy and he'll be desperate to find out more about you! (If he's not, he's really not worth the fuss, trust me on this one - several years of experience!)

Stand directly in front of him. Don't let him get pass you. He'll have to notice you! Or give him a shot in the jewels...he'll definately notice that.

Wink at him or at least acknowledge him. A smile does wonders or even a wave.

Talk to him, be nice and friendly. Start a conversation, most men like to talk about themselves.
