cream are ( milk, light, heavy, double, half and half... i think they are just the same, the difefrence is on the fat content....is it true?)

Yes. Which one you use depends on what you need it for. Double cream will whip up with a pinch of sugar to make a nice dessert topping, but I wouldn't recommend it for a sauce. If you are making a cream sauce for a savory dish, you can use either light or half and half. If you're making a custard, you can use either full fat milk or double cream, but you would not use the same amount of each.
