I just bought a T-mobile dash. How can I upgrade Outlook Express to 2002 without losing all my folders that I created and saved emails? I installed Outlook 2002 from the CD but it did not even install. Help!!

outlook is a different program than outlook express. You will have both installed, and you will need to copy and paste all the old email and contacts into outlook 2002.
