Well, you have to examine their motivation.
Why are they arm wrestling at all?
Because of the kind of guys they were, they would probably be doing it to teach people something, right?
OK, so what would they be trying to teach...
Well I reckon it would be the pointlessness and vanity of competitive sport. So what they would do is use their spiritual powers to keep up the contest for a ridiculously long time without getting anywhere, till folk started saying "Hey wtf this is, like, boring, I am sooooo going home". And then Buddha and Jesus would say "Well done, you have understood" and then those people would become disciples and follow them.
At least that's the way I see it. But then I am someone who is crazy enough to try to answer your headcase question using logical deductive methods, so personally I wouldn't trust a word of any of that...

Budda looks like all fat to me, Jesus was a carpenter man. Back in those days you had to cut the tree down, chip away all the bark, and all the cutting. Jesus was ripped man, I say Jesus wins.
