*one of these patients is scheduled for a PET scan, one for an MRI, and one for an x-ray. Match the patient with appropriate procedure
...Answer,,The elderly women is waiting for an x-ray...
The possible stroke victimiwith the droopy face is waiting for
an MRI..and maybe also a pet scan depending on the severity
of the stroke and the likly hood of rehabilitation.I think the same
may include a victim pof multple scero, depending on where
the illness has affected.Which could range from anywhere
or the brain.

1. Xray
2. PET scan
3. MRI
2 and 3 can be interchangable as both are common tests for stroke and multiple sclerosis. PET probably more likely for undetermined stroke as it can locate the the spot of orgin a little better then an MRI.

1. X RAY
2. CT ( no MRI needed to prove or disprove that )
and 3. PET ( although I'm not a PET tech but multiple guess only leaves that answer to be correct )

1. Xray - quick and easy way to diagnose a fracture
2. MRI - looking for bleeding in the brain or signs of an infarct
Usually, I think CT is done first
3. PET

1. X-Ray
2. MRI
3. PET
Although I would do a CT before an MRI for a query stroke as it's faster and less traumatic.
