If you take more tablets chances are you will sick them up aswell. Its sounds as though you have a bug and what your stomach wants is to be empty.
I would probably avoid taking any more for now. You could try just having small sips of water or just nothing for awhile you won't become dehydrated unless the vomiting persists for more than 4-6 hours.
If you continue vomiting after this time it would be better to get a Dr to give you an anti-sickness injection or sometimes you can be given a tablet that you stick inside your cheek and the medicine is absorbed from the membrane in your mouth.( these are called buccastem)
Get well soon

I am sorry you are ill. You don't mention what your "sick stomach" is doing to you...but I'm assuming it's nausea and/or vomiting. If you have been taking over the counter medications and it has not helped you need to seek professional help. If you are in a town where there is a walk-in clinic, go there. If not and you do not have a family physician, go to an emergency room. But by all means see someone. Nausea, vomiting or pain in the abdomen can be many things, some of which are serious.

no, that would not be a very bright idea. Some tablets can make you even more sick than you already are.

Ew but if they had time to settle in already then you shouldnt take hem. Look on the back of the box or bottle ans see how long it says it usually takes to work. If its on there, and you have taken then before the time period. I wouldnt recomind you taking more.

Please see your doctor. If nausea and vomiting continue, you can become dehydrated. You need to find out the underlying reason for your nausea. I hope you feel better soon.
