Unless you're doing 'that' instead of normal things - like putting off showering/breakfast etc because you're too busy with 'that', then I wouldn't worry. All the time it's just an occasional pasttime it shouldn't be a problem.
Think about it this way - as long as it doesn't get in the way of your other hobbies; doesn't stop you seeing your friends and you don't begin to prefer doing 'that' to other things, you don't have an obsession. If you feel you're "missing out" when you haven't done it for a certain about of hours or you get into a routine which causes problems if you can't stick to it, you'll be fine.
Hope that helps!

As like all different dependancy, some are innocuous and a few are risky. it would matter on the affection, have faith and admire interior the relationship. Its in simple terms while obsession turns into possessive and proscribing that that's risky. it continues to be Love nonetheless, Love has many varieties, and in simple terms simply by fact what would not look loving to a minimum of one guy or woman, would not recommend it truly is not loving to a various. diverse human beings love in diverse techniques.

I know how you feel. I go through phases where it is all I can think about and I want it all the time. I just try and immerse myself in work and trying to think of other things. I know it's difficult because sex is everywhere. Try and find another hobby that you are really interested in and that you can turn your concentration to but most of all don't worry - it's completely natural, it's got to be better than having a low sex drive and when you do meet a woman you will make her very happy!

It's not possible. I tried giving up and last for nearly a month and i have a long term girlfriend.
Try imagining your granny's face catching you in the act.
To be honest I think it's a quite a healthy pasttime and you shouldn't worry about it at all. I think people who end up losing their marbles do so becasue they're either not getting any action from a partner or have abstained from giving themselves a little lovin. It's not healthy for your little swimmers to stay in there too long! Set them free and be happy. Enjoy.

i think sex therapy is needed. either that or you need to find some strength and completely abstain for a good while, like completely. both might soound a bit extreme but so does your problem, especially if its haunting you like this.
