The quesiton is not in details, from your question I understood that you want to learn DB2 for somekind of programming or to lable in your resume.
By the way 'using DB2' is not as easy as using calculator or word processor. You need to learn many things in that like:
Basics of RDBMS, SQL and method of *using it.

*You need to know some frontend programing language or tool which will use DB2 database contents to fetch.

DB2 is an IBM RDBMS which I used on a mainframe. I believe that it can now be used on UNIX boxes but I'm not 100% certain of that. It is accessed using SQL. If you can use SQL on any RDBMS, you can use it on DB2.
