There are a lot of good jobs, but you never know if you're going to like them or not. I think they're going to put you where they need you. Good luck!!!!!

Ok look you will not get stuck with COP, I have been in the Air Force for 18 years, this is what you can expect score rec'd for cop is a 39. You will be offered jobs that are 59 QT and above. I am sure that you had in mind a job that you wanted to do, it will more than likely be avail at Lackland, only 30% if the jobs go to the MEPS for booking, the rest go the AFRS at Lackland to fill aptitude areas.
The reason there are AI's is because AFPC, the Air Force Personnel Center has to get folks to BMT. If the class dates are not released from AFPC then we would have gaps in training. By creating the AI we can get folks to BMT so that by the time they are finished with training, they can get booked a job.

Good luck on getting into anything medical with an ASVAB score of 63. You're lucky you got in. Oh and by the way, you do not pick your job. You may get a list of jobs that you qualify for that you can choose from, but the needs of the military come first. I went guaranteed Electronics, so I was put into a great job. You may get lucky and get an admin job or supply, or post office or something equally as nice.

Dont take no for an answer, they might tell you what you want is full or something so have two rates that you would be happy in. Tell them that your not going in as anything else, that your going to go in as one of the ones that you chose. If you sit there and let them talk you into something you didnt want when you first walked in, you might as well go in w/ SUCKER written across your forehead.
