How can anyone tell you that? Nobody has died and then told anyone what happens after that.

If you are are a Christian, that is if you have accepted Christ as your personal savior, then know that you will go to heaven. Baptism, though, is a step of obedience. A following in His footsteps, of identification with Him. It intimates a desire to be subservient to Yeshua (Jesus) and thus to His Word in your life. Let me state for the record, that those who teach that salvation is not completed without baptism, are teaching a works oriented doctrine. They mean well, however they are in error. The thief on the cross was promised by Yeshua Himself that he would be in paradise. He was saved in that instance based on faith. He is not, as some would say, the exception. He is the rule. In one church they would rush someone back to the church to baptize someone. What would happen if that person were to die in a car crash en route. Well, G-d knows. He knows your heart and salvation is sealed with Him when you believed. Study your scriptures and rely on the Ruach Ha Kodesh (Holy Spirit) to guide you into all truth.

Hell is not a place, it is a state of being. Both the greek New Testament and Hebrew Old Testament words translated 'hell' in the bible actually mean 'gravedom' as in the state of being dead.

That said it means everyone ends up in hell at some point because we all die and are buried.

So no, John truly baptized with water but Christ baptises with holy spirit and you will not be judged by God for not being dipped in a pool.

The point is, is your heart for God?

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you are baptised in holy spirit and saved from the judgement. Your sins are forgiven and you are set free.

The Bible teaches us to be baptized. It also says that not everyone who calls him Lord goes to heaven, but only those who do his will. You should be baptized but not out of fear of hell. Serve and obey God out of love, gratitude and and devotion because God is good. Will you go to hell if you are not baptized? Let's let God decide who goes to hell and quit speculating about it.

There are two types of baptism. The real one is by the Holy Spirt in your heart and without that you can't go to Heaven. But I believe you're thinking about the symbolic water baptism by a church or someone else here on earth and no you won't go to Hell for missing that. It's just a ceremony that should follow your real inner spirutal baptism to let your family and friends know that you've accepted Christ.

God's word tells us that to live eternally in heaven with Him, we must believe in Jesus Christ and that He died on the cross for our sins. No where does God's word say that you must be baptized to go to heaven, although when we accept Jesus as our savior, we want to acknowledge Him before men. Just as Jesus did when He was baptized by John, before men and God. "Remember God's words, "this is my Son in whom I am well pleased." Two thief's were crucified with Jesus, one of those men was promised heaven because he believed, not because he was baptized. May God bless you.

Baptism has nothing to do with heaven or hell. It is a public ceremony that signifies what has happened in you life-that is you have been born again.
There will be many people in heaven who were never baptized, and there will be many in hell who were.

one must be baptized by the Holy Spirit if one is to be saved during this life time according to the Bible. Look up the word baptized. Baptism by water is debated, yet it does not hurt so why not??

I can not help but notice how some act so sure that they know there is no hell. If one could prove there is no hell don't you think we would all have heard of it by now. Listen not to these who want you to agree with them, and always hedge your bets.

we are already in hell. satan rules this place and he rules hell. Whats so complicated baout that. Satan offered Christ the kingdoms of earth during his test in the wilderness, so how can he have offered them if he does not rule them? therefore this is hell! No! you will not be judged wrong for not being baptized. Christ words never reflected on that as a way to salvation.

My opinion?
90% of the world is unbaptized, God wouldn't make an exclusive club leaving out the vast majority. My personal opinion is that your life and karma are a permanent record...everyone screws up...and it would take something extraordinarily bad to keep you from heaven.
