Connect your iPod with either a firewire cable or USB 2.0. When the iPod mounts, drag playlists, albums, or individual songs from iTunes to the iPod.

Once in Itunes, connect your Ipod, a window will pop-up giving you choices, select a choice or the last one.."take no action". Still the Ipod will registered with Itunes and you 'll be able to see it in a few seconds after you connected it.
The quickest way to do is to drag and drop , click on the song (sometimes you may have to do it twice -a half a second after the first click- then just drag it to your Ipod icon or to one of its playlists. Once that's done, click on the Ipod icon to verify that, in fact, the song is actually there. Got it ?
Good luck !

Well, connect your iPod with your Computer. Normally, iTunes opens itself. then create a list with your preferred songs and put this list into the iPod button. The rest does the Computer alone. Good luck
