Mine loves playing fetch, he also likes to play with water until he looks like wet rat but he still hates baths. He comes when I call his name, and jump on me when I come home. Oh, when we play fetch, he also stick his tongue out after he 'surrendered' his toy.

I have a cat like that. Only shes not much on the water. She would rather eat dog food than cat food, she comes when called and has to sleep on the bed every night.

My cat is the exact same! Totally weird. She even plays fetch with some of her toys. What kind of cat do you have? I have a Raggamuffin and if you look up that breed on the web, you'll see that they are common characteristics. Raggamuffins are a larger breed of cat. I actually just found out that my cat, named Cricket, can wear a size medium dog sweater/shirt. She really doesn't mind wearing them. Kinda odd but she's a cutie!

Absolutely and will follow me wherever I go and sit right by my feet until I move again. If I go outside he will sit as close to the door watching me till I come back in. I've even said to others that my cat is more like a "guard dog" than a cat. :)

Oooh yes, it's the funniest thing too. My cat is a whooping 17 lbs. Fatty...:P He lives with three other dogs, so it's no wonder he acts like it. He plays, prances..and oddly enough, fetches. Quite the sight to see ^_^

Was your cat raised around dogs? My dog thinks he is a cat because he was raised with cats, he loves to play with them.

Your cat is just playful, when a cat rolls around on the floor and bites your hand when you rub his tummy,he just wants to wrestle with you.Cats will often come when you call them,if you call them when you feed them, they will think they are getting fed.I use a series of calls to tell my cat what to do.I use i higher pitched call to tell my cat, follow me.A low pitch call to tell my cat it time to eat,and i middle pitched call to tell him come here.He just wants to play,he likely looks at you more like a mother than owner, like my two cats do.

My cat grew up with dogs, and he acts just like one, we even took him to the lake one time! However he never comes when we call him, but we only call him to take him to the vet, otherwise we just "click" our tongue.
