It's available sometime around Jan 25th to Jan 30th 2007. There are four versions. The least expensive is a $95 upgrade from XP. The most expensive is Vista Ultimate which is a $255 upgrade from XP.

Hey Dudette,
From the computer fairies of course! Click your heals together 3 times and repeat, "there is nothing like Vista!"
Then, when you goto sleep tonight, put your old windows XP cd under your pillow and in the morning the "computer fairy" will take your old Windows XP and exchange it for a brand new Vista CD.

Not exactly sure, cause my friend installed it for me...
You need a Windows Live (MSN) Account to get it.
You have to activate it within 14 days of the installation or it will stop working.
