The fact he told you means that he's anxious to get it off his chest - he's probably worried that you'd find out from someone else. Find out who instigated the kiss - ask if he was willing, or if she literally pushed herself against him, and if he won't reply then you have your answer. However, even if he says that she made the moves, remind him that there are two of you in your relationship and that you feel uncomfortable with him kissing other girls. Give him a chance, but make it his last one.

He didn't "cheat" per say, but it would piss me off. First and foremost, why would he be in a situation where he would be kissed? Who was the person that kissed him (ex, friend?)?? Those are things that you would need answered before you can determine if it was a one time freak thing or a planned event, even if only for a moment, and now he just feels guilty. It can become a habit if he thinks he can get away with it as long as he tells you about it. That's not right.

No, it's not cheating. He didn't initiate it, he didn't pursue it, and just as importantly he came clean with you immediately--he wanted his conscience to be clear as well as yours and be the first to tell you should you hear about it from somebody else or rumours.

It sounds very much like it was a "social" kiss. Whether it was on the cheek or on the lips briefly, it may very well have been just a greeting and nothing more.

Don't worry, I think you guy's ok.

Yes is cheating. He disrespect you in front of the world. Man at parties don't tell females they have a girlfriend. Your feel upset about the kiss, you have the right to be so let him go. He is a loser.

well.. i'd consider that cheating. if it was on the lips.. then there is no difference between giving a kiss and receiving one.. anyway it doesn't matter a kiss is a kiss whether it was a second or an hour long.. he cheated i'm sorry..

if ur out of high school, then kissing isnt as big of a deal, its just a kiss after all and not sex. however, if ur in middle school or high school its considered cheating because thats all u really do in that age range.

despite age, its up to u to determine if its cheating. do u think u should break up with ur bf because of a small kiss? my bf did that and i forgave him, but i didnt forget which limited the trust value. so its all up to how you feel. it sucks, i know.

yeah sorry it is! What kind of question is this? I mean come on if your other half is doing anything (physical contact) that isnt with you its called cheating. I dont care if it was a kiss or sex. AND if the person told you at least they had balls to come out and say it but come on its wrong. SORRY. NEXT

Frist of all he lied when he said he didn't kiss her back. Even if someones not of your taste you can't resist taking a little taste right? Anyways he told you so he was being honest about the kiss(Don't want a guilty conscience). It depends on you sweety.

Why did your boyfriend put himself in the position to be kissed in the first place? Did the girl not know he was in a relationship? If so, why not? It doesn't matter that he claims not to have kissed her back, he must have failed to make it clear to the girl that kissed him that he was spoken for and otherwise not interested in her. His failure to make that point known shows a blatant disrespect for you and you may not know of his indiscretions the next time...nor may you know of other indiscretions that took place prior to this time...Watch your back.
