I was trying to skateboard and I wasnt moving. He pushed me. Is it a sign he likes me?

Depends. Did you start skateboarding when he pushed you (i.e. was it a friendly push?) or did you fall over (an aggressive push)? If you fell over and he laughed at you, then no, I'd say not.

First, you asking is a sign that you like him. But him pushing you is far from chivalry. That wasn't an "I like you" move unless there's more to the story.
