Ladies, what makes a guy's house/apartment/room sexy?

hey ladies! just asking for a bit of advice before i remodel my place. :)

what are the top 5 things about a guy's living space that set the mood for you? mood can be anything from fun to realxing to sensual....all tips are appreciated! i guess you can mention what turns you off ("What is that smell!!??" LOL) but i'm more interested in what turns you on.

For example you walk in for the first time and and your immediate reaction is "WOW!"...what's the thing that would do that? Handing you a diamond dosen't count! heehee!

**Scent. I like the warm scents...vanilla, brown sugar, etc.

**Cleanliness. You have to be clean and organized. If not, then it just shows that you don't care about your space.

**Decor. This one can get tricky, but you need to somewhat match. I mean, don't have an orange couch with a black chair and a green table you know? Pick a color or theme and go with it!

**Space. I've seen some men who like to have everything oversized (i.e HUGE tv, HUGE couch, HUGE chair, etc.) It's a little overwhelming when you walk into a house with all of that in it and it's only a one bedroom tiny apartment. It makes us feel like your over-compensating for something else.

The top things for me would be.....

1. Cleanliness (If it's dirty, it doesn't matter what is in it)
2. Smell (you mentioned it as a joke, but it does matter)
3. The atmosphere (lighting, fireplace, fishtank, etc.)
4. A huge comfy couch that you can sink into
5. A jacuzzi bath tub!

What would really turn me on is to walk into a place with sexy music playing, candles burning or a fireplace on, and dim lights.

I have a thing for really nice smelling colgne..such as Curve or Cool Water, if there was a way you could get your room to smell like your colgone that would be really sexy....maybe by spraying a little on the bed and on the curtains in your room

well clean would be at the top of my list, then i would have to smell, then there is colors you cant just put a bunch of colors that dont match together and think its okay and get a couple of artificle trees and place them in the living room ,candles are good if you light a few and they give off a good smell that would be lovely

1. Clean bathroom ESPECIALLY aorund the toilet. Soap and handtowel.

2. No other womans stuff in open view.

3. A tour and invite her to help herself to fridge/cupboards.

4. Clean walls/light switches.

5. No dirty dishes piled up.

A man's personal interests, hobbies, passions, childhood memorabilia, his family.......decor that says HIM is sexy.
A neatly kept place is sexy.
A comfortable yet lived in, relaxed place is sexy....ie...couch pillows.......yes couch pillows(they don't have to be fussy!), magazines, books, wall hangings that say something about the man........why is this sexy? Because they give insight about you......this is always interesting to a woman.

I prefer Clean room with nice sweet scent (You can use aromatic candle), warm classy color and not too much colorful, big+soft+comfy couch and one cute guy(one is enough for me).
