IN A WORD.... NO.

THERE ARE NO "BUYERS REMORSE" LAWS IN THE USA. YOU WENT TO THEM, THEY DID NOT COME TO YOU. IF THE CAR IS A LEMON YOU MUST PURSUE LEMON LAWS WITH AN ATTORNEY.

SATURN LETS YOU DO THAT, OTHER THAN THAT CALL THE GM OF THE DEALER AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE NOT HAPPY AND USUALLY THEY WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT, BUT IT IS UNLIKELY THEY WILL LET YOU GIVE IT BACK. ESPECIALLY NOT FOR WHAT YOU PAID.

THEY MAY LET YOU BUY SOMETHING ELSE. ANYONE WHO SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT THE "3 DAY LAW" IS WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG. THAT IS ONLY VALID IF THEY SOLICITED YOU IN YOUR HOME. THEY DIDNT. THATS WHY YOU SIGN A BUYERS GUIDE THAT SAYS AS IS NO WARRANTY OR WARRANTY. IT PROTECTS DEALERS, NOT CUSTOMERS.... SORRY.

CAR DEALERS ARE NOT WAL MART.

usually no. you'd have to check into your local laws. why do you not want the car? can you not afford the payments? it is a "lemon"? Unfortunately the lemon law does not apply to used cars. Some dealers will let you bring back a car after 3 days as long as you pick another one from their lot to purchase instead. Call them and ask them and tell them why you don't want the car anymore. Used cars are a lot harder than new ones. Usually, once you buy a USED car it is yours...not matter what. But, you may have bought from a nice dealer and they will let you trade (for a price) for a different one.

Good luck.

Nope basically not. Once you purchase a car from a used car dealership you are responsible for it. Period. There are very few laws that protect you from lemons when you buy from a used car dealership.

There are laws for new car owners. And there is a three day grace period in some states to return a new car to the dealership. If you return the new car you would have to pay a restocking fee.

Check out the website below it may give you some suggestions.

Depends on where you live, some states maintain what they call a "lemon" law, in which you can return a vehicle to a dealer within a specific time frame, (usually 3 days) after which, a deal is a deal. other states, like california, state that when you sign the paperwork, the deal is over and finished when you drive off the lot. Check with the state, usually your local police can tell you

some states have a law that will allow you to return them, and some don't,,usually if the car was sold as is,,there is a no return policy on it,,unless the dealer decides to take it back,,sometimes they will ,and offer you another car,you might try this,,you probably have nothing to loose by trying,,good luck hope this helps,.happy new years.

there is a offer a dealer offers you before you purchase the car to protect you incase after 1 week, I believe you decide the car is not what you wanted. But you would've purchased that. Ask the dealer!

some states have a 1 or 2 day window as long as the condition of the car hasn't changed but it depends on the state. Generally, the only way you're giving it back is for a lot less money than you paid for it.
