I mean, how often does one get to see the level of human of idiocy and self-absorbtion at that level?
The mothers themselves will naturally have no clue what I'm talking about, because they're caught up in the permanent trance of motherhood and self-preservation.
But surely anyone else looking from the outside in can testify to this.
How often have you seen a bunch of white mothers sitting together during their "brag orgies," pretending to listen to each other's "my kid did this stories?"
Or how often have you purposely wanted to rear-end some crappy American-made SUV with a "My kid is an Honor Student..." sticker?
There is nothing more fanatic than a white woman with children.
It's almost obscene.

I have to agree and I am a white mother.
I have never enjoyed being around the other mothers, especially in a school setting, they seem to have to one up all of the other mothers, they are so aggravating.
I have to say, I couldn't care less if their child is student of the month, will it make the kid anymore well adjusted if they brag about it. NO! it makes the kid feel worse when they are not picked next time.
Sorry for the rant.

Its not obscene. We love our kids and our proud of them You should not single out white mothers. Than your just making it a race issue. I've seen and know plenty of mothers brag about there kids and have stickers on there cars that are black, white, hispanic, asian, etc.... You need to get a life and stop worrying about what other people are doing.

It has always appeared to me that they are just proud of them. It's hard work raising a child and when your child excells at anything just like when they misbehave the parent should take responsibility for that.
I wonder if you would see the difference it makes if you visited a prison and asked the inmates if their mothers ever bragged on them when they did well.

I don't agree with you. I think the mini-van is much worse than the SUV. In fact when I have my own children I will be in an SUV. And the whole thing with the mothers, it's called socalizing. You should really try and not be such a jerk. Why do you care if mothers love their children soo much that they will ruin a perfectly fine paint job to announce that their child has done well in school.

So then what your saying is that mothers of color dont care about there kids and dont want to brag about them..or better yet dont want to be proud when they have an honor student?????thats a little off dont you think...I see many women who arent white and who are mothers that like to show off when they have a child who is doing great in school....but what ever...all you just said was only white mothers are proud of there kids and mothers of color just dont care....that was real nice of you

there are people like you in this world that make racism the worst me and my husband are an interracial couple im caucasion and my husband is native american. I' ve seen groups of mothers of every race sit down and ******* talk about there children a matter of fact my mother in law does all the time and it should not matter to you. Lol, I hate those stickers. Well I think Americans are all about competition, I've realized it since I came here. People are constantly trying to brag and tell you how much better their lives and achievments are than yours. Those 'My kid is an honor student' stickers are just a reflection on that. However, Latino parents and blacks also sing that 'I am better than you' song.

What does being white have to do with it? Get a dictionary and a Thesaurus and spell check your long winded question. Being proud of your children is part of being a good parent. Obviously your parents aren't proud of you. Why would they be when you ask racist questions like that?

What you think about white mothers is probably what people think about black, Hispanic, Asian, purple or green mothers. It is people like you that spur on hatred.
