your alt and ast's can still be low and still have liver inflammation. I have NASH and my levels hardly ever even get to 50. Right now my liver is inflamed and my levels were in the 20s.

Now several years ago I was diagnosed with hep b and my levels were around 113 and 100

Most likely absolutely nothing if you're a healthy person. The only reason to worry about liver enzymes like ALT, AST, and gGTP is if they are high, usually 3-4x higher than normal range. This could mean a hepatitis (liver inflammation).
