Depends on the legnth of a step. But say the average step of a human is about a yard. 5280 feet(amount of feet in a mile) times 5 miles is 26400. 26400 divided by 3 is 8800.

So around 8800 steps, I guess.

A lot!

It depends on how long your step is. A typical stride is between 2 and 3 feet, so take 2.5 feet as an estimate.
So:
5 miles * 5280 feet/mile * step/2.5 feet = 10,560 steps.

It depends on how big your steps are. There are 5280 feet in a mile if that helps.

8,800 steps in 5 miles at 3 feet per step. 5 X 5280= 26,400 feet divided by 3 = 8,800.

well the average person takes about 2,000 per mile so for 5 miles:that would be 10,000 steps . please keep in mind that this varies for every different person . Pedometers are very good tools to help keep track of the steps you take every day .

depends on how long your stride is. If you take little steps, a lot, if each step is like 1000 feet, then less than 30.
