Me and my fiancee are the same blood group B+ so if we get married and I get pregnant... Will our child suffer because of the whole RH factor thing.... I am not very clear about the concept and really need help....

It is only of concern if you are rh- and your husband is rh+

Which isn't the case.

If you are both Postive blood types, the RH factor isn't an issue.

It is only a problem if the pregnant woman is negative and the baby is positive.
You have nothing to worry about.

You will get tested to see if you're rh negative when you are pregnant. Now in days, it's not a big deal. You get a shot around 7 months, and then again after birth. This shot is to protect the next baby if you choose to have one, if you don't get it, your body will possibly reject the next fetus. Be sure to ask for a mercury free shot if you have to get one.

no it only causes a problem when you are different if your husband was - and you where + it would cause a problem i had to take shots for this because i am + and my husband is -
