Actually, when you squeeze a pimple and it "pops" it has actually ruptured on the inside first. What happens then is the bacteria from the "zit" eats away at the healthy tissue around the under skin wound and it dies, creating the "hole" or pit, and that's what makes the scar.
Have you ever seen grown ups with little round scars on their face. That's from constant popping, and you don't want to end up like that.
So once you have the scars, they are very difficult to get rid of.
It's best to avoid squeezing all together. If you must pick, use a sterilized lancet to cleanly remove the pus. Have a nurse show you the correct way. That way you are only opening the pimple from the top, and it won't leak out the bottom. Or you can use an extractor... I found a good picture of one at this link. You can also find them on e-bay, just make sure it's new and never been used before (yuck) and sterilize it every time after you use it.

No. When you POP pimples you are prematurely doing what nature needs to do itself. Nature will not leave you with holes or scars. Keep your face clean as much as possible. Try weekly facials if you must and a mask. Oh, yes and take ZINC the supplement.

The problem you have is called "cystic acne." Of course everyone has already told you not to pick at it. Murad is a skin care line that has great advice and good products for acne prone skin. Take a look at the acne line, you can also mix the products if you don't need a full acne line. Also if you just need a spot treatment for the spots you are mentioning, the link to the second Murad product works wonders. Also, taking a good zinc product can help to clear up acne along with drinking plenty of water.

it your skin scars then stop popping and go to a dermatologist. They can give you meds to stop the pimples. If you have deep holes you can have collegen injected to help fill them.

In the meantime the models use toothpaste. dot it on the zit and wait overnight it'll reduce it. You can also try Mederma for the scarring. You can get it at the drugstore.

And stop eating stuff like chocolate, junk food or tomatos they make teens break out.

Best thing to do is just leave it alone, no picking and squeezing! Trust me. It lessens the redness, swelling and irritation. Also, you can see a dermatologist, they have all kinds of stuff that really helps, I use Klaron and a cortisone, and my skin was never horrible, just a bit problematic. You don't have to have really bad acne to visit a dermatologist. Small problems are much easier to fix than big problems :)

dont ever pop ur pimples, even if it's big and it feels like popping trust me the pimples will pop itself and it will dry but if u feel like it's drying and u want to peel it out dont peel it out cos tthe pimples will spread to every other parts of ur face, so the best way is just leave pimples alone to dry and there wont be any scar and if it drying u can just rub it lightly with petroleum jelly to make it not look dry.

don't pop it - i used to do that all the time. if you stop doing it, the scars with disappear on their own (they did for me) or you could just use some light non-pore-clogging concealer (like Neutrogena Skinclear). use Neutrgena Clean Pore Mask/Cleanser (white paste - benzoyl peroxide). put a small dot on your pimple and let it dry overnight. wash face as normal in morning - don't touch pimples. repeat until pimple is gone (about three nights of treatment).
