Her doctors said she can't be around flashes of lights but she had a seizure because she stopped taking her medicine. Now that she back on it can she go?

She might should take it easy for a while. I know that probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but her health is important. I'd give it a little longer.

The flashing lights bother me also. I think they're a minor form of epilepsy. What is she on medication for? I think she should call her doctor without hesitation and get his advice before going to a place where the lights will be.

Just to be safe, I would say no. The doctor says it for a reason. If she really wants to go, she should call her doctor and ask if she can go now that she is back on her meds.

If she wants to tempt fate, sure. Medication helps, but it doesn't solve the problem completely.
Seriously, it's probably a really bad idea for her to do so... Her doctor is probably the best source for that info, but I'm sure you guys can find something else to do that doesn't involve strobe lights that could set her off again.

If she is on medication, she should not go to nightclubs at all, maybe. Her health should come before a "good time".

i wouldnt chance it. my friend kate did that to. she never goes cuz she will have a seizure even on her meds. she shouldnt even want to chance it.

you should really ask the doctor, some people are ok with their meds and some arent.
