As long as you are eating healthy honey my suggestion is to walk. Honestly! It is a great way to stay fit, and to keep a steady weight. I took care of a very ill sibling a few years ago who required a lot of caloric intake but the doc didn't want them to gain a bunch of fat. Walking did it and since I walked with them, we both stayed fit. You are still a little under the weight line even for a 5'1 frame, but like I said---as long as you eat well, walk, you'll always maintain. Good luck!
